In honor of National Cat Day, the ASPCA teamed up with Uber and meme site ICanHazCheezburger to create a viral moment while raising awareness about the critical need for kitten adoptions. Olivia led the partnership and execution of this newsworthy stunt in which select users across 5 U.S. cities had the opportunity to get a ride with adoptable kittens. One of the NYC #UberKittens cars “delivered kittens” to various national media outlets, which generated hundreds of millions of media impressions, while the social chatter generated millions of social impressions. As a result, the ASPCA was able to successfully increase kitten adoptions nationwide while raising awareness and goodwill for the brand.
